This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website and place an order, why we use it, and the rights you have under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- your full name and mobile number
- your delivery address: governorate, area or city, street, building and apartment, and any landmark or notes you add
- what you ordered: color, quantity, price and your order reference
We also keep a coded (one-way hashed) version of your internet address with each order, and briefly hold your internet address in memory to block repeated or automated order attempts.
We do not ask for or store any card or bank details. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t use analytics tools that follow you across websites.
Information saved in your browser
Your bag and your last color choice are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Why we use your data
- to process, confirm and deliver your order
- to contact you about your order, delivery, returns or refunds
- to answer your questions and complaints
- to prevent fraud and misuse of the website
- to keep the records required by Egyptian law, such as tax and accounting records
We use your data only for these purposes. We don’t send marketing messages unless you clearly agree to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
- the delivery company, which receives your name, phone number, address and the amount to collect, only so it can deliver your order
- service providers that host and secure this website, under confidentiality obligations
- government authorities, only when the law requires it
We never sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to deliver your order and handle returns and warranty, and then for as long as Egyptian tax and accounting law requires. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Order data is stored on secured servers, and only the people who process orders can access it.
Your rights
Under Law No. 151 of 2020 you can:
- know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law
- withdraw any consent you’ve given, and object to or limit how we use your data
- be told if your data is ever involved in a security breach
To use any of these rights, contact us. We’ll reply within the time the law requires. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Center.
