These terms apply when you use this website and buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. They never limit your rights under Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

The product
We sell premium cases for iPhone 15 Pro Max, 16 Pro Max, 17 Pro Max and 18 Pro Max. Each case is made for one iPhone model, so please choose the model that matches your phone. The colors available differ by model and are shown on each product. We show each color as accurately as we can, but colors can look slightly different on different screens, and natural grain and texture vary a little from case to case.
Prices
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is free. The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout. If a price shown on the website is clearly wrong, we’ll contact you before shipping, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel at no cost.
Placing an order
- Your order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by phone, message or by shipping it.
- You can order up to 5 cases in one order.
- Please give a correct name, mobile number and full address. We may contact you to confirm them before shipping.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if the item is out of stock, the details can’t be confirmed, or the order looks fraudulent. If that happens, you pay nothing.
Payment
Cash on delivery is the only payment method. You pay the courier the full amount when your order arrives. We don’t accept online card payments.
Delivery
Delivery is free and usually takes 2–5 working days. The parcel can’t be opened until it has been paid for. You can check the outside of the parcel before paying, and if the outer packaging is opened or damaged, you can refuse it.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. If the case arrives damaged or not as ordered, tell us within 30 days: we collect it for free and refund you in full or replace it. For any other reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange it within 14 days, and you pay the shipping. Refunds are made within 7 days of receiving the return. Returns and exchanges are only handled through our website or by contacting us. The full details are on our Shipping and returns page.
Using the case
The case is designed to protect your iPhone from everyday scratches and minor knocks. It can’t guarantee protection against every drop or impact, and it isn’t waterproof. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for a faulty product or any right you have by law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to solve it quickly. You can also file a complaint with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Agency, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
